We will provide 3 DVDs and 1 Flash Drive with HD Footage and behind the scenes pictures taken at the event.
We will arrive 2-3 hours before the event to set up equipment and coordinate with the ceremony officiant and photographer (if applicable).

Wedding Ceremony Only DVD/Flash Drive Contents: We will provide the full Ceremony with custom labels and menus, and a Ceremony Highlights video (3-5 minutes).
Wedding Reception Only DVD/Flash Drive Contents: We will provide a Reception Highlights video with the main events (Entrance, Cake cutting, Bouquet & Garter Toss, Speeches and exit).
Memorial Ceremony DVD/Flash Drive Contents: We will provide an edited version of the Memorial Service. This can include any slideshows shown at the service (either made by us or another party). We do not perform graveside videography out of respect for the family, unless specifically requested and approved by all parties.
Birthday DVD/Flash Drive Contents: We will provide either (1) an edited version of the day including Cake cutting and any speeches (up to an hour) or (2) A Highlights video set to music of your choice (3-5 minutes).
Dance Recitals DVD/Flash Drive Contents: DVDs are sold on an individual basis, or in bulk to the dance studio.
Each dance will be a separate menu item and can be selected, or you can play the entire DVD straight through. The DVD menu graphics and music will be based off of your printed programs or the performance itself.
We do need a minimum purchase amount of 10 Flash Drives for HD footage.

We will provide 3 DVDs and 1 Flash Drive with HD Footage and behind the scenes pictures taken at the event.
Weddings under this package include:
• Custom Rehearsal Slideshow: A slideshow of the couple (pictures need to be provided online or a disc or flash drive) to be shown at the Rehearsal or Rehearsal Dinner set to music of your choice. While we do not provide a TV or Projector, we can help coordinate with your venue for this to be shown.
• Rehearsal and Dinner: We will attend the Rehearsal and speak with the Officiant and Photographer to coordinate equipment set up. We will attend the Rehearsal dinner to film any speeches and include on the final DVD.
• The Full Wedding Ceremony: We will arrive several hours before the Ceremony to get any behind the scenes footage of the Wedding Party getting dressed, the First Look, etc. and to set up equipment.
• A Wedding Day Highlights video: This video normally covers everything from getting ready to the end of the reception, and can be up to 10-15 minutes in length.
• Custom Wedding Day Slideshow: This slideshow is more of candid behind the scenes pictures of the Wedding Party getting ready, along with the Ceremony and Reception (if your photographer allows it).
• We do not leave until the Bride & Groom leave (either real or fake exit)!
Other Events 2 hours and over: Package contents to be decided upon depending on your needs.
We can create Custom Slideshows for any event, such as:
Typically, we need about 30 pictures per song in order to make the slideshow flow nicely.
We can use your provided music, or use royalty free music in the genre you like (Pop, Rock, Indie, Instrumental, etc).
Prices for Custom Slideshows start at $75.
Please note that all prices listed include a total travel time of 90 minutes (45 minutes each way, based off of travel time from Elberta, AL). Anything beyond that travel time will incur a fee of
$150 per hour of expected travel time.
